In order to cultivate design talents and focus on the theme of Tainan culture and creation, Cultural Affairs Bureau, Tainan City Government organizes the “Tainan Creative New Talent Award. Each year, this award cooperates with “Young Designers Exhibition” and “Golden Pin Design Award” to encourage young students to appreciate Tainan enthusiastically, and boost the development of Tainan cultural and creative design via the young talents’ design power.
