Guo Buo-chuan

     Guo Bo-chuan(郭柏川) was an important painter during the Japanese occupation. He devoted his life to Fine Arts education and created the “Tainan Fine Arts Research Institute”(臺南美術研究會) to educate students. He had great influence on the development of Tainan’s Fine Arts.
